What do you define health as? To me, it's when your mental and physical wellbeing are in alignment.

I've always been a fairly healthy person, I've exercised regularly from a young age and ate as well as I could with what I knew. As I've gotten older I've prioritized my health and overall well being. I've lost enough family and friends to diseases that likely could have been prevented with better eating habits and accessible resources.

Since I've become a mother, getting my health in check has become a top priority for me. During pregnancy I experienced water retention, bloating, and hormonal acne that I couldn't seem to shake. I was also seeking a community, in every corner I could find.

All this time, Arbonne was staring me straight in the face. After watching a few friends and their testimonials, I decided to give it a shot. Besides, what's the worst that could happen?

I started with their nutrition products and challenged myself with their 30 days to healthy living program. I started cutting out dairy and gluten, it got easier after the first few days! I've switched many of my products over to plant based and I started a routine daily with my nutritional supplements.

Slowly, I've started implementing all of Arbonne's products from skincare, to hair care and even body care.
